@Atlotto I hope it turns out firm enough to cook that way and that it tastes as good as it looks. Needs to be marinated, thinking Teriyaki sauce or Worcestershire & some spices or something. I’ll play around trying different things with it. I got 25 pounds of red lentils to use up this year. Might make some fresh ginger syrup and heat up the tofu if it turns out too soft and have it with the syrup.
