I prefer plain food

I don't really like food with too much flavour, I find it kinda overwhelming. I prefer fresh high quality simple boring food over complicated dished with lots of different flavours.

Well,I agree with part of what you say.I dont necessarily think food has to be bland and boring,but I DONT like foods that are spicy.
