Gluten-Free

Is anybody else on a gluten-free diet? If so what are your favorite foods? I like gluten-free pasta and eat a lot of chicken and rice.

I was, for quite a long time. Then my stomach and intestines seemed to heal, and now I can eat dairy and gluten as well.

My faves were black bean spaghetti, and that green fettucine, and that was about it.
