Incomplet bro, I sometimes make as much as $250 in two hours, I’m a contractor, I do desktop support and tv mounting and networking and point of sale systems and alarms and all kinds of things
I was blessed by God with the abilities that I have and I was blessed by God to have the opportunity to do this type of work for companies that subcontract to me, and also blessed to be rated 4.9/5 with both of them
Entitled is wrong. This is not my situation and I think I’m owed something, I don’t think they should be given $15 minimum, I think it would be clever if they started those with no experience at $10, and could work up to $15 with time and consistent work and quality and speed
There’s no motivation for them now, that’s the issue we are addressing to start with
They can get another minimum wage or close job fast and easy and be making about the same, don’t have to barely work or work well to get the same pay, and raises are too little to be worth the effort
A righteous man would surely work hard even when barely paid, but unless you’re collecting a community of righteous men to be underpaid at a fast food place you need to consider the amount their employer is making and therefore get an idea of the real value of their work
If it’s quality work, the employer will flourish in that location, and people will like to eat there
Even fast food can taste good when made right, the difference is the workers and what they do or don’t do
