Mine is chicken tiranga kebab made in tandoor or barbeque. This is so tender from the inside because thigh pieces are used that when you eat it it almost melts in ur mouth. Not at all spicy hot Tiranga means tricolour and because the Indian flag is almost the same colour so the name.
