Just got pot roast going in slow cooker for dinner tonight
It’s rainy out today, and I’m far more excited about this meal than I should be haha

@JohnnyNoir I don’t pan sear for pot roast… I just dump all in slow cook
Braised beef is pretty similar, but more flavorful I think 🤔 it’s the searing and then bc I use wine as well. I serve that over egg noodles or mash. Haven’t done that in a while
