Same for me, the more bitter I get, the more bitter stuff I like, hahaha

Coffee mainly + dark chocolate to a lesser degree.

I prefer black coffee to sugar and cream coffee. But I’ve always drunk it black. I haven’t developed a taste for bitter foods.
