What Do You Eat When You Have No Appetite?
Have had a sinus infection and still don’t have an appetite. I can manage some watermelon but anything else I can think of doesn’t sound good to me. I have lost 6 pounds since Sunday.

Same thing happened to me. You have no appetite because you can't smell things properly, and you are SICK.
I gave up trying to make decent meals while I had the sinus infection, because why waste expensive food when it all tasted like cardboard anyway? The BEST moment I had was after I had a full course of prednisone, which reduced the swelling and allowed me to heal...and I could smell chicken rice soup!
