What Do You Eat When You Have No Appetite?
Have had a sinus infection and still don’t have an appetite. I can manage some watermelon but anything else I can think of doesn’t sound good to me. I have lost 6 pounds since Sunday.

@sunsporter1649 oh hell no. NO more sugar for me, that feed sinus infections. I was eating some cocoa bars with egg whites & dates in it and that’s what triggered the infection. Felt like an elephant stomped my face and hurt in a lot of other places too.
