Vegan food, inspired

It's an inspirational remake of a Turkish recipe, a friend cooked a looong time ago... But my interpretation;) so i boiled a potato in cubes and separately simmered a tomato gith garlic and spices.
When potato was ready, i drained the water (from which i added a little to the tomato sauce) and then added to the pot some vegetable butter and garlic.
Then firstly I served the potato cubes, on top i added the sauce and on top a couple of spoons of coconut yoghurt. It's really good 😊

Not a vegan, but will try this one out.
Maybe a little bit of bean sprouts will be nice.
Some spices & herbs will be added, I will have to thi k which one will match the main ingredients.

@Domking i used harissa(hot pepper 🌶️ paste), fresh black pepper, cayenne pepper and salt in the sauce (but you can adjust that if you don't like it spicy) ...and i sprinkled cayenne on top of coconut yoghurt 😋 yes try it and come back to say how it was!!!
