My new go-to winter brekky yum-yum - fried kransky on bread roll with egg and bbq sauce mmmm
Until about 2 months ago I'd never heard of or tried kransky sausages. Now I love them.
Take one - cut in half, fry up. When nearly cooked through after a couple of flips put in an egg. Put onto a bread roll or any sort of nice bread/toast with bbq sauce. and voila - a 'kind of' update on the humble bacon and egg roll.
