Rate my meal 1-10

This was my breakfast. Roasted red pepper hummus toast, and vanilla yogurt with banana peanut butter and granola.
RosaMarie · 41-45, F
Missing bacon. Can't be a real breakfast.
Poetvann · 26-30, F
@RosaMarie I'm a vegetarian, sorry 🤷
Panda5689 · M
@Poetvann I would suggest then vegan bacon or sausage if that is a desire. Its plant based and one really cannot tell the difference
Miram · 31-35, F
All these men scared of little banana.
Reject · 26-30, M
It looks good, but not for my diet because I need a lot of protein. I’m working to build muscle.
Panda5689 · M
@Reject Actually there have been Vegetarian pro athletes for 50 years, just we dont hear about them. Bobby Clarke was an NHL powerhouse in the 70s for the flyers and was vegetarian. No one believed it when it came into press.
I would suggest if you are interested to do some research into plant based diets. IT takes more discipliine to diet plan however I believe the added discipline in meal prep helps discipline the training program[s] and makes one a more discipline athlete for competition and training overall. Good luck with all

@Reject I mean this breakfast actually has 28 g of protein in it, but I understand if you are trying to bulk and you have to eat crazy ridiculous amounts of protein, but you can actually still do that as a vegetarian. With foods like hummus, beans, nut butter, eggs, protein powder, protein bars, soy protein ( fake meats) just might be higher in carbs.
Panda5689 · M
@Poetvann The protein needs for humans is 0.8 to 1.1 grams per kg body weight . For endurance athletes it can be up to 2 grams and for strength training athletes 1.8. Actually endurance athletes may need more. the difference is not huge.
Too much nuts and wow I had no idea peanut butter can be put on yogurt.
Goddd I hate peanut butter. Not hate it exactlyyy but, it’s similar to Mayo for me less is better. In all honesty I wouldn’t be able to enjoy or even finish that meal because I also don’t care for bananas much 😭. The only thing I’d be okay with eating is the yogurt with less granola, more fruit, and no peanut butter.

Somehow the Humus does not fit with the rest of the meal. If I have humus for breakfast, I would need to be in Tel Aviv, and it's eaten with pita bread and served warm.

The rest of it is great, stand-alone as breakfast.

Looks super high on carbs but I would risk it!
Edit: oops let me give it an 8 for a small continental breakfast!
🤔Hmm.....yes, very sad. Our panel rates this grab-and-go, a 3 at best.

Poor thing, a breakfast intervention is in order. 🥞🥣🍐🍓

That'd be a negative 2.

It's kinda like random things put together that don't really seem to go together, none of it is terrible but not that great either

I hope you enjoyed though, that's what matters
