What's for dinner? What is your ideal meal?

We are having kielbasa and roasted potatoes. Probably toss some cinnamon applesauce in the mix.

I had this plate of hashbrowns with everything at the Waffle House a while back. Great.

I bought all the ingredients today for a French chicken stew that my mother taught me to make years ago: boneless chicken breast, white wine, greek yogurt and wild rice, but I'm too tired to cook tonight, and will probably have a salad. The stew will be tomorrow's supper. 😅
