What's for dinner? What is your ideal meal?

We are having kielbasa and roasted potatoes. Probably toss some cinnamon applesauce in the mix.

I had this plate of hashbrowns with everything at the Waffle House a while back. Great.

It's marinated pork on a skewer...a Greek dish...usually served in pita bread with tzikki (fresh cucumber/yogurt) sauce and a Greek salad.
