Weird breakfast question…

When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

My mom used to add milk when she'd make scrambled eggs. It's how I learned to cook them. She always said it made them creamier.

I don't often make scrambled eggs since I prefer mine cooked differently and because my partner and I are both lactose intolerant and just don't buy milk or milk alternatives much. In my opinion the low heat is what is most important in cooking scrambled eggs.
@Scribbles Yes. The low heat keeps them from being rubbery. 👍🏽
