Weird breakfast question…

When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

I use about a teaspoon of half & half per egg: Six eggs, six teaspoons of half & half, whisked to a froth, and cooked in a nonstick pan with a few drops of olive oil and two tablespoons of butter.
