When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

@Harmonium1923 I don’t put it in omelets, either. This is really about scrambled eggs. A friend suggested cream cheese with chives—just a bit. He has plenty of opportunities to practice—they keep chickens. I’ve had breakfast there many times and their eggs are really good.
