When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

@bijouxbroussard A tiny dash doesn't make them watery - it boils off the minute it hits the pan...I guess...I only have almond milk around now...haven't tried that - TBH don't eat eggs often these days...I am ok with them, not sure what happened.
