Weird breakfast question…

When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

Half/half if I have it, milk if I dont have that, water if I don't have that. And a little melted butter.

Today I heard in a whisper "psst, Mom... how come your eggs are so much better than Dads?" ...too hard to not laugh.
