Weird breakfast question…

When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

i never use any dairy cooked with eggs, because it upsets my stomach immensely. tastes great, makes the texture awesome, but i end up sick every time. and it’s not because i’m allergic or intolerant to dairy. i eat dairy all the time. 🤷🏻‍♀️ and if you think milk makes them fluffy and delicious, cream is even better, but still i can’t do it.
