Weird breakfast question…

When you cook scrambled eggs, do you add milk ? No one in my family who cooks does, they don’t like it. I’m finding it makes the eggs smoother, just a tablespoon per egg. I prepared them that way the last time I prepared brunch and I don’t think my folks noticed the difference.

I used to add a splash of milk when I made an omelet. It made it fluffier. But i don't buy milk anymore and I don't really notice the difference.
