Frozen foods have gone up so I've been making burritos and freezing them.

It's pretty easy and they freeze up well. The trick is not to make them too big because the bigger they are the longer you have to microwave them and that causes the tortilla at the ends of the burrito to get crunchy. Though it could be my microwave. I just bought it and it has a higher wattage than my last one. I notice it cooks everything at a faster rate.
