I'm not sure this haves to due with Lack of safety and Sanitation practices since some or most of the food comes from China. They're known making Fake foods. Fake Onions. Fake Garlic. Fake Wine. Fake wheat and many more.

@FreestyleArt there are so many kinds of dishes on a typical Chinese menu that it’s very easy to have cross-contamination even if the food is prepared fresh with fresh ingredients. All it takes is to dribble a little raw shellfish or meat juice on food that is already prepared and there you go.
