What is your favorite breakfast meal?

Well I dice some potatoes, slice an onion, pan fry them crisp brown. Heat up a few sausages, mix up a few eggs with a little milk, cut up the sausage, add to the potato and onion, pour in the eggs and top with a generous lid of shredded cheddar. Give it a few to firm up and brown the egg a little then stir up with a spatula till dry and serve hot from the pan! Toss a bagel with cream cheese or a English Muffin drowned in butter... Mmmm Hmmm!
