What's for dinner?

I'm braising pork for rou jia mo currently. Dough is rising for the bread also. I don't feel like cooking but I better do it.

I’ve never heard of those dishes, let alone tried them…I’m sure they’re delicious!
I’m smoking a chicken.
As a side I’ll roast spaghetti squash then sauté it with tomatoes n onions, and maybe some butter noodles or rice…not sure yet 😊
