If someone gave you some shredded red cabbage (assuming you like cabbage), what would you do with it ?

Would you prepare a salad ? Would you season and sauté it ? I don’t want to waste it. It’s about half a head.

There are many recipes online, it's commonly used at Christmas time with various yummy versions
