If someone gave you some shredded red cabbage (assuming you like cabbage), what would you do with it ?

Would you prepare a salad ? Would you season and sauté it ? I don’t want to waste it. It’s about half a head.

I make every week red cabbage salad with yogurt, small dab of mayo mixed in, lemon juice. Dried onion, shredded carrots, cranberry dried fruit or blk raisins, seasonings & dash of stevia. I use it on vegi burgers topping on most anything.gr8 probiotic. Also make kimchi.
