I rarely take a picture of my food, but I made this Sunday, and pineapple salsa is pretty. 😂👍

My last meal was oatmeal but here's something prettier that I cooked.

Last nights dinner

Hmm… I didn’t bother to take a picture, but last night I cooked something akin to a Mexi rice bowl: brown rice, shredded chicken, corn, pinto beans, and diced tomato with Tapatio and a mix of cheeses. It’s an easy, but flavorful, colorful dinner that tends to be a crowdpleaser.

Current one was oats with dates, cinnamon, honey, and walnuts.



And later for lunch, this packed full of protein bad boy

I didn’t take a picture, but I just had breakfast. I cubed up some potatoes, sautéed them with avocado oil, with various spices. I topped it with sour cream.

A breakfast burrito stuffed with, egg, sausage, chorizo, green peppers, a touch of ghost pepper sauce.

Some leftovers and pasta salad and fruit for dessert

My latest was a burger and some cheese sticks 🫣

I already ate it. Thai vegetables with sweet & sour sauce over baked and sauteed pork: all on a bed of mashed potato and onion.

I had a chicken burger with cheese mayo and chilli sauce 🤤

I had a protein drink and a coffee
