What is a local traditional food where you live ?

Salad dressing,
Shore lunch/dinner which is fried fish, a salt pork sandwich, salt potatoes, corn on the cob, and..... wait for it..... French toast.🤷‍♂️

@SW-User No. I thought the "wait for it" part conveyed the sarcasm. A specific hodge-podge of odd paired foods is the closest thing to a local there is. That and salad dressing
