Chicken wings or cashew chicken?

I am about to drive home from the mall.

Should I stop for take-out cashew chicken from a restaurant, or already-cooked chicken wings from a supermarket deli?

Decisions decisions.

I got 8 pieces of dark meat chicken from the supermarket.

@JoyfulSilence that would last longer. Good idea.Is it already cooked?

@Eddiesolds

Yes, it was already cooked, and in a warm shelf at the store. I had half right away on Sunday, and put the rest in the fridge. I will have it Tuesday because I cooked steak Monday.

@JoyfulSilence I need a steak. Maybe next weekend. Its been a while. I love chicken. Lol! I eat that the most

I only had the steak Monday since I had defrosted it so needed to cook it. Otherwise, I would have had the rest of the chicken Monday.

I love steak more than chicken, but it is expensive lately and my favorite cut, the boneless NY strip, is hard to find and when I do, way too expensive for my tastes.

@JoyfulSilence How is it for smoke inside the house. Im sure you use a fan. Im jusy wondering. Ive never cooked a steak on the stove. Sorry

@Eddiesolds

I do not let it get so hot it smokes too much.

And if it does, I just pour water on it and turn down the heat.

I learned that trick after watching the cooks at a buffet restaurant doing it. But they had a fire-grill.
