Chicken wings or cashew chicken?

@RadiantRuby The supermarket chicken is OK, and you get a lot for a low price. And it is the full piece, with all the bones, cartilage, ligament, and tendons. I eat most of it, except for the hard bone parts. So rich with flavor and fat.

I do not let it get so hot it smokes too much.

And if it does, I just pour water on it and turn down the heat.

I learned that trick after watching the cooks at a buffet restaurant doing it. But they had a fire-grill.

I got supermarket prepared chicken. They had no wings, so I got the dark meat container: four legs and four thighs.

I do not know how many chickens it takes.

The wings require several, though.
