@Mergirl123 Really, you should find out the sorts of things you could *easily* do in a food truck setting, snd concentrate on making *those* exquisite. That way, you'd just be shifting to a kitchen on wheel (though a *dedicated* kitchen *only* for your business).

I think there is *always* room for QUALITY products with GREAT service.
