how do they do it?

Do vegetarians enjoy their meals?there doesn't seem to be a lot of variety.I don't think I'd last very long I love meat too much!

I have close friends who are vegetarian (actually pescatarian, (sp?)they eat fish)and I have enjoyed many tasty dishes at their home. Until the stop butchering cattle, I'm not letting beef go to waste.

@Earthlin9: dad taught me how to gut and dress a dear. But I won't kill one know because there are to many being slaughtered all ready.
