My parents expect me to eat all of this.....how?
I'm not allowed to make my own plate. My mom did it for me and they expect me to eat it all or most of it.

@Viper Yeah they are trying to get my weight up to healthy amounts. The bowl is bigger than it looks.

@apersonnamedit Oh I know that's a big bowl! Just I'm big and can go back for thirds of I really wanted (probably stop at seconds)

@apersonnamedit If you're parents want to get your weight up, tell them to mix carbs and fats together! (Which they did with the Alfredo) but still there are probably ways you can eat less and gain more weight.
