I wake up and feel hungover when i didn't even drink

I haven't drank in like a week and I wake up with hangover feelings for the first 10 minutes or so. I think it's because I drank so much for so long maybe there's residual alcohol in my membranes and tissues and or I've just been psychologically conditioned at this other to feel a certain way coming out of unconsciousness in the morning.

Look up BPPV. It is vertigo caused by some crystals in your inner ear. There are good resources online to figure out whether you have it and how to move your head in the right ways to move the crystals along.
