~ Cruciferous veggies
Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Cauliflower, Cabbage, etc
~ Allium veggies
Garlic, Onion, leeks shallots etc
~ Soluble Fiber
Black/Lima Beans, Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Avocado, Turnips, Carrots, Pears, Apples, Chia Seeds, Oats etc
~ Lean Protein
Eggs, Chicken or seafood
~ Drink
Green Tea, Water w/ apple cider vinegar, etc.
