I just made a pan of boneless skinless chicken thighs, seasoned heavily with onion powder, garlic powder, Spanish paprika, salt, and pepper. I dotted them with butter, added a little water, and I will braise them @ 250F for about 2 hours...possibly more. When they are done I will mix panko crumbs with melted butter, top them with crumbs, and then bake them until the crumbs are brown.
Having that with corn and mashed potatoes.
