I prefer cookies, but can do other things. Made these recently for my closest cousin who is in a physical rehab. Her birthday is coming up and she really wanted our family’s butter cookies. I made a few others too. All from scratch. Butter, Pistachio, Almond and Pignoli.

@MellyMel22 To the banana nut bread custard, you can add cocoa, chocolate chips, and almond extract instead of vanilla in the custard, and it comes out like a wonderful warm pudding...excellent with whipped topping!
