It's a cold day; starting at 33 and only 55 here in North Carolina so I put a white baker and a few sweet potatoes in my Air Fryer*(doing a air fry/bake, about 35 minutes and PERFECT).
I LOVE a good sour cream, a little Pink Himalayan Sea Salt...and that's it. Broccoli is good. I don't eat bacon, I know, hard to believe. And I eat the skins with a dab of sweet Irish butter and sea salt.
How do you like your baked potatoes: White or Sweet... and what do you like on them.
*If you don't have a Cuisinart TOA Airfryer, you haven't made a great baked potato!!!

I don't have a baked potato for dinner very often, because I am now lactose intolerant, and can't have many of my favorite toppings. I used to have them with sour cream and fresh snipped chives from my garden.
I also used to love them topped with chili, cheese, and sour cream, and topped with cheese, sour cream, chopped fresh bacon, and green onions.
I have heard that some people make pulled pork with BBQ sauce, and slather that over the top.
I always eat the skins...most of the vitamins and minerals are in the skins!
@4meAndyou You can find dairy free sour cream and cheese, that I hear is pretty good. LOVE green onions on my potato skins. Potato skins are good for lost of fillings, guacamole being one.
@MsAlaineEYes I did find those, but can't eat the fake sour cream. I substitute almond milk yogurt for sour cream sometimes, but it's brownish, and soupy, and it isn't very good.
