Food Shortages in our future? Texas is wrecked.

Anyone know how much of the national food supply will be affected?

In Texas, thousands and thousands of gallons of milk had to be dumped. Baby chicks are freezing to death. Eggs are freezing and have to be thrown away. Adult chickens are freezing to death.

The entire orange crop in southern Texas is destroyed.

The entire grapefruit crop in southern Texas is ruined and can only be used for juice.

Baby calves will freeze to death or their mother's die of dehydration as soon as they are born. The water for the mothers is frozen and not available. There will be a beef shortage next year in Texas.

What grocery chains nationwide are depending on these supplies?

@FreestyleArt 1 Dasani water for each waterless resident...but her heart was in the right place, for the first time.
@FreestyleArt Donate or fund raise? She’s no where near wealthy enough to donate that amount of money. The money coming in is coming out of the pockets of average citizens regardless of their political leanings. Like one poster said, “we’re all Texans”.

@soar2newhighs That's right...but at least she is using her communist popularity to do something. She could just fart around like Nasty Pelosi and do nothing.

@soar2newhighs My bad. it was fund raising but almost the same thing though
@4meAndyou Kudos to her for her fund raising, it’s all over the web. So how many Republican politicians have been fund raising? I ask this because if there are, it’s not being covered by the media.

@soar2newhighs I had a really hard time finding anything on Google, but it's there if you persist.

@4meAndyou it not that I persist but I have not seen it I did see multiple threads re: Cortez and her fund raising.
Any individual Republicans doing what she did? I’m just asking,

@soar2newhighs Ted Cruz is apparently being mocked non stop for passing out water.

Gregg Abbott, the Republican governor, is part of a pre-existing state fund for disasters, called Texas Disaster relief. It is this Governor who fund raises and distributes funds to all the various organizations who will help in economic recovery for all Texans. The fund is affiliated with the Texas division of Emergency Management and the One Star Foundation.

@soar2newhighs Oh...I finally figured out your comment
it not that I persist but I have not seen it
. I should have said, " If ONE persists..."...or if a person persists, he or she can find it on Google...but it's difficult...(buried under a biased load of Democrat twaddle).
