@4meAndyou I hope come ‘22 the people of Texas reflect on how wonderful the Feds’ response was and how the pushers of wind power from turbines threw them into the dark, and couldn’t supply power as designed to do.
I hear any number of people lamenting the rise at the gas pump.The threat to reduce/ eliminate fossil fuels is already having negative impacts on our people... but it’s immigrants and foreign interests these ass holes in Biden’s administration care most about.

@4meAndyou Probably more than that will be found after the snow melts. There are druggies living in a camp in the woods a couple miles from here and some even further away by the river that don’t want to comply with rules or they have warrants and are afraid of being arrested. They’ll try to rough it in the woods. They found a body a few years ago after winter was over & thought it was one of the homeless in the area.

@soar2newhighs What is so sad...so horribly sad...is that our young voters aren't savvy enough to hear the lies and KNOW they are lies. Beto O'Rourke is running for Governor of Texas, trying to claim that the current freezing situation was caused entirely by Republicans currently in office, when in fact the disastrous policies currently in place were begun by the Democrats last in office, in charge of energy.

If it would help I would email the white house in protest of the delays. But it wouldn't help. The only help slower than food and water emergency supplies for a frozen Texas in 2021 was the molasses slow help during hurricane Katrina provided by Obama...eventually.

@Virgo79 Well, he did decide to take a day off...a snow day, I believe he called it...and sat around and did nothing for 24 hours instead of kicking FEMA in the rear or mobilizing the Texas National Guard to distribute MRE's and water.
