I cooked & washed dishes for 2 1/2 hours yesterday making last nights dinner & then another 30 minutes after dinner (after I rested a bit) to put up the leftovers and wash the dishes & put them up. I’m not cooking that much tonight.
Pasta ~ spicy pasta ~ haha Sauce is olive oil, onions & garlic, tomato paste, harissa again 😆, paprika and bit of cream, parmesan cheese, salt and a sprinkle of sugar. It’s so easy and gooood ~
Either cheddar omelette, or I whip up hamburger with ziti and sauce. Add a touch of melted cream cheese, gives it zangy flavor!! And parmesan on top or mozzarella.
@JohnnyNoir If it was just me I’d make soup & eat it 3 days straight and then make something else and have leftovers. I wouldn’t spend hours cooking every day.
@cherokeepatti my work schedule is such that I don't have much time to cook at night, so I scrounge or do leftovers. The bulk of my cooking is on the weekends
@SW-User I made spaghetti & meatballs last night, plus salad, broccoli & carrots & homemade yeast rolls. It’s gotta be something a lot easier plus no pasta.
