Is it a rule set in stone that you have to use Spaghetti noodles for spaghetti Bolognese?
Couldn't I use two minute noodles or macaroni noodles instead?

You can use whatever you like, I’ve done that when I couldn’t find spaghetti in the pantry. But I wouldn’t make it for guests.
