Is it a rule set in stone that you have to use Spaghetti noodles for spaghetti Bolognese?

@Vivaci Dènte at most, or just dente (= tooth, don't ask me why we say "pasta at the tooth" to indicate that it shouldn't be overcooked because I've no idea, lol)

@Elessar it's denté... meaning not too overcooked. And I know the reason why you should cook the pasta that way. You see the al denté pasta is easy to digest, as the gluten retains the starch just right at that moment. Any more cooking, and it becomes a blob of doughy mess!

@Vivaci I know what you mean, but I can assure you that in Italy we won't ever put the accent on the final e, at most the grave accent on the first one :P
