Do You Like Sour Cream?

What are your favorite dishes using sour cream? My neighbor gave me 6 pints of sour cream.

Sour cream chocolate cake, sour cream on nachos with guacamole, beef stroganoff, tzatziki can be made with sour cream instead of yogurt, cream of tomato soup with sour cream, and parmesan crusted chicken. I also like to mix sour cream with cream cheese and make crab dip, onion dip, and veggie dip.
