Yeah. I don't really care. Tbh, weight isn't as sensitive of an issue there as it is in countries like the U.S.

Although if a restaurant like this opened in the U.S., I could imagine it would have a "cult following"....people who would be go precisely because this is so over the top, and then laugh about their experiences afterward. "So she told me I should eat nothing but celery!...."

No. I want food recommendations to be about what would taste good. I'll worry about my weight and health on my own.

Only if they take the weight also *after* the meal and make a rank/classification with the highest deltas.
