I would really enjoy some ramen. Not the instant kind, but miso dashi broth that has been brewing all day with firm yet fresh noodles with lots of mushrooms, scallions, tofu and radish and a bit of chili paste.
Realistically dinner will be a tomato, cucumber, basil, and mustard greens salad dressed in balsalmic, oil, herbs and spices.
