Are you an American family with no job, running out of food?

@DeluxedEdition People still have to eat. Have you seen the lines for the food banks??? I am not talking about going back to work...I am talking about food.

@DeluxedEdition And...I should have said this immediately...thank you so much for what you do every single day. You are a hero. We KNOW that a lot of people are dying. But a lot of them won't...and they are getting VERY hungry.

Imagine a nation without food...immune systems gone because people are starving...what will it be like then?

@4meAndyou people like me or whoever is working would be more than happy or willing to donate money or time and food. I am legally not allowed to say anything but if you people could see what I have seen you would gladly shut yourself away.

I dont mean this to be mean but didnt everyone just get a check the fifteenth? where is that money? I still haven't even cashed mine.

@DeluxedEdition The funds have been delayed for many, many families. I heard about the refrigerator trucks that had to be parked outside of hospitals to hold the bodies, and I haven't ventured outside for 2 months now except to get my packages.

I am so sorry for what you have seen. I had to stop working in the medical care field because I worked with the elderly...and that's what they do...they die. Usually AFTER you get really attached to them.

People who got checks had to use them to pay their bills...keep their vehicles, pay for gas to get to the grocery store. They were interviewing people inside their cars today who were sitting in a vehicle line waiting to get to the food pantry....the line was 2 miles long. One mother said she has 7 people in her house, 3 of them children, and they are running out of food.

I haven't received a check yet. Those funds were depleted and held up by Nancy Pelosi.

@Budwick Bud, please don't be mean to her. She probably has PTSD by now. I had to quit my job because I couldn't deal with so many people dying. She is probably seeing 500 people a day die if she works in a hospital.

That's worse than any wartime experience...just not quite as mangly and bloody.

All I can do is warn people. People like myself and my coworkers are all still staying inside and letting natural selection do what it does @4meAndyou

@DeluxedEdition It is a very sad time. Please remember to take care of yourself and eat well. We don't want YOU to be one of those selected, due to exhaustion.

I received a phone call from my local hospital yesterday, and when I donated to them for PPE and for the ICU, I was thinking of you, and how brave you have been.

@4meAndyou i have been encouraging my coworkers to take vitamins. I’ve been eating a lot of fish and greens and things that boost immunities. They aren’t giving us the proper ppe were supposed to even have to be dealing with these patients. 🙄 I’m actually switching jobs Tuesday I’ll go back to my old job once my special mask arrives

@DeluxedEdition I am glad to hear it. I am not wealthy, but I have given to my local hospital's doctors and nurses because I don't want them to die while taking care of ME.

You are right to leave if your employer will not give you what you need to stay safe.
