What does lobster meat taste like?

I have always wanted to try it. But, I never have. I have had crab and shrimp. Does it taste like a cross between the two? That is what I have always thought.

It really is delicious. Mild and slightly sweet. I hope you get to try it some day. Cold water Lobsters have the best flavor in my opinion.

@SweetMae Warm water caught anything isn't nearly as good if you ask me. It always has that flavor of garbage stink.
