Sometimes the hardest thing about cooking is waiting for things that need to chill when they are done...

Just made a big patch of mint chocolate pudding from scratch. Licking the rubber spatula after transferring from pot to bowl, it tastes just like the Thin Mints girl scout cookies. But now it has to chill and set. Made a large bowl, so it will need some hours. 馃い

Mint chocolate pudding, never made that but sounds really good. Have to be careful not to burn your mouth, I made chicken enchiladas with sour cream & burnt my lip tasting it. Had a blister for over a week.

@cherokeepatti that is the benefit of making your own. Took a vanilla pudding recipe and swapped out the vanilla for nesquick and mint extract that we already had at the house.
